Cashing out to your own e-wallet
Cashing out works the way you would expect from a Malaysian wallet: the money returns to the rail you funded from, or to a bank account in your own name. Before releasing anything, we match the request against your verified details — that check is what keeps your balance out of anyone else's hands. Type the amount, confirm the destination on screen,
then follow the status inside your account until the funds land.
- Open the withdrawal page — Inside your account, tap Withdraw and the payout rails linked to your verified name appear.
- Choose the destination — Select Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, or your Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks account as the receiving side.
- Enter the amount in ringgit — Type the sum you want out and read the destination details once more before you submit the request.
- Confirm and track — Approve with the one-time code sent to your registered number, then watch the payout status inside your wallet.
