What Our Terms Conditions Cover

Every rule that runs your account sits on this one page — eligibility, top-ups through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay, payout checks, and how we handle your details.

DATA AND SECURITY

Your Data, Sessions and Account Safety

Account rules and data rules come from the same team, which is why the terms point at what we store and for how long. Registration details, payment references and play history stay on file while the account is open, and we hold back only what audit and tax rules require after closure. Cookies do the housekeeping — session, language, device — and nothing beyond that. Want to see, correct or remove what we hold? Ask through support and we walk you through it.

Account Security

Your login, one-time code and PIN are yours alone. Change the password from account settings whenever you like, and the session ends on its own if you close the app.

What We Keep

Registration details, payment references and play history stay on file while the account is open. After closure we hold only what audit and tax rules require, then delete the rest.

Cookies and Sessions

Cookies keep your session alive, remember your language and stop the login page asking twice. Nothing there gets sold on, and clearing them simply signs you out.

Changing Your Details

Want to see, correct or remove something we hold? Send the request through chat or email and we tell you exactly what can change and what has to stay.

TALK TO US

Who to Reach About a Clause

Questions about a clause reach our local support team, not a script. Open live chat from inside your account wallet, name the section you're asking about — verification, a payout check, a change of details — and we go through it with you. Email works too, as long as it comes from the address registered on the account. Tied to a payment? Keep the e-wallet reference handy.

Live Chat Open chat from inside your account wallet and tell us the clause you're stuck on. We pull that section up on screen and walk through it with you line by line.
Email Write to our support address from the email registered on your account so we can match it in one step, especially for payout or account verification questions.
Account Requests Ask for a copy of the terms, a correction to your details, or a closed account. We confirm every request in writing once it has been handled.

Questions You Ask About Our Terms

Most of these terms come down to a handful of everyday questions, and the six below are the ones we field most. Each answer points back to a clause on this page, so you can read the short version first and dig into the full wording when a payment or a payout is involved. Anything not covered here, ask us and we answer in plain words.

Yes. You tick the box at registration, and the same terms stay linked at the foot of every page, so you can read them again before you top up or request a payout.

No. Our terms allow one account per person, and the name on it has to match your own. Duplicate accounts get merged or closed, which is why accurate details at signup matter.

Every change is posted here with the date it takes effect, and anything material is flagged inside your account wallet. Carrying on after that date counts as accepting the updated version.

The same rails you use daily — Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and Maybank2u. Top-ups must come from an account in your own name, and payouts return on a route we can verify.

Results come from the studio running the table, the slots or the sports market, and RTP is published only where that provider shows it. Each title's own rules sit alongside these terms.

Send the request through live chat or email from the address on file. We confirm in writing, keep whatever audit and tax rules require, and remove the rest.
